Our guest today Jodi McClain, here to talk to us about the healing benefits of floating. For those of you who are not familiar with what floating is, Jodi breaks it down in an easy to understand way. She explains how being submerged in large amounts of salt water has many medical and emotional benefits. She also shares about her own personal journey of healing her heart and mind in the tanks.

Jodi is the Chief Cultural officer for Capitol Floats, a business with two locations in Sacramento and Auburn. Capitol floats offers float tanks, massage, infer red saunas, and soma dome therapy.
